The site's structure, visual design and original elements are the property of the publisher. Game modifications (“mods”) published on the platform remain the property of their respective authors, who declare that they hold the rights required to publish them (see the Terms).

GTVault is an independent, community-run platform. It is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive.
