LCPD First Response (LCPDFR) is the police modification that started it all: it turns Grand Theft Auto IV into a law-enforcement simulator where you patrol Liberty City as an LCPD officer — traffic stops, pursuits, arrests, backup requests and a rich set of community plugins. It's the GTA IV predecessor of the famous LSPDFR for GTA V.
