OpenRPF is the replacement for OpenIV.asi on GTA V Enhanced: it loads modified RPF archives from a mods folder without touching the game's original files — the key component that makes classic asset mods (cars, maps, texture packs) work on the Enhanced edition, where the original OpenIV.asi is obsolete. It supports both native archives and archives edited with OpenIV, with no re-encryption needed, and fixes the loading performance issues OpenIV.asi had.
