RageOpenV is the open-source alternative to OpenIV.asi (GTA V Legacy) and OpenRPF.asi (GTA V Enhanced): one .asi that lets both editions load modified RPF archives from your mods folder. Just replace OpenIV.asi or OpenRPF.asi with RageOpenV.asi and keep your mods folder as-is. Being open source and using cached RPF path lookups, it's both auditable and faster than the closed-source alternatives.
